The Apprentice Asia

There is an English program on AXN TV show about the interview for a company with four candidates; cheap nfl hats, The apprentice Asia was a reality competition in which a group of aspiring young business people compete for chance to work with Malaysian entrepreneur. I did not see the show from the beginning, but as long as it is about the management or interview of the big company I am very interested on that, especially in English it will be catch my eyes always.
Surely from the interviewer who is a tough and serious guy, he may get some situations maybe happened in the company just for example, he let the participant gives the answers in different roles, he may find out who is the suitable person to be more honest or to be a tough leader in the group, he is breaking the traditional way of interview. As we all know according to the resume from the applicant we may ask some questions about his or her experiences before, rarely to check the real talent of them, sometime we are hardly to get the right person for a position. nfl jerseys cheapThat’s why I am appreciated the way to get the person in unprepared to play.
During the group talking for the candidate, one I remembered the question to ask each other, if one person to be fired, who will be the one? The hosted asks them intensely, from their answers we may find out who is the talent and shape reaction for the hot point, and the next question is if only one on the stage, the mean the three of them are all to be fired, who is the one can be stay behind? All the answer strongly to tell salesmanship, I though the host how smart he is ! He can be conducting the whole situation and to be find out from each emotion and each word of the candidate, to get the person he wants, it is good benefit for the company and also good for him as well, right? I learn a lot from the show, cheap hatshow to be tough and talent interviewer.
